Julie Morton, Associate
Julie Morton has an unusual background in the coaching world. A 25-year environmental engineer, regulatory and quality assurance specialist, she well knows the challenges of working with unyielding structures, systems and cultures that discourage creativity, make employees afraid to speak up, and yield low trust and morale. Since completing her first coaching certification in 2001, Julie combined her technical and coaching expertise to cultivate, solidify, and where necessary repair trust between individuals, departments, contractors and regulators. This resulted in increased cooperation and coordination of actions, which yielded significantly improved results within the organizations, as well as externally amongst stakeholders. Two critical success factors are Julie's ability to identify missing conversations and to create favorable emotional spaces for those conversations to take place. In 2013 Julie left her corporate career to develop her own full-time coaching practice, Live Full Out. Her transformational coaching includes specialties in emotional intelligence, equine-facilitated coaching, somatic practices, collaborative divorce and financial coaching. (more) |
