Powerful Listening
In our experience, value creation begins with powerful listening. We listen directly to the the client's objectives; we also listen "between the lines", for missing conversations, organizational dynamics, power and politics, and for unrecognized areas of waste as well as potential leverage points, synergies and brilliance. Underneath this, we listen for what is essential to the client. Collaboration Drawing from what we hear, we offer our thoughts as possibilities and support the client to evaluate what does/doesn't fit themselves or their organization. We can also draw upon an extensive network of expertise outside of our firm. Based on our collaborative planning process with the client, we may mutually agree to bring in additional perspectives and the expertise of other professionals. If required, this offers the client the best possible, multi-dimensional solution to bring excellence to organizational needs. Customization Based on what we identify in collaboration with our clients, we may tailor one of our established programs or meeting designs, or develop a fully customized approach to ensure relevance and fit. Just as we customize content, we also prepare complementary proposals and pricing packages to fit the client's needs, opportunities and budget. |
