The complexity of leaders’ work is often underappreciated. On the one hand leaders need to deliver results. On the other hand, they need to do it in a way that motivates people. Respecting this reality, Lis partners with leaders to develop the ability to get people in the organization aligned and excited about the vision and strategy, and to cultivate the conditions for people to work at their best.
