Steven is a leadership development and change management specialist with over 27 years of experience in empowering leaders of tomorrow. He has held senior leadership positions in private and public organizations leading change efforts through organizational assessment, consultation, results facilitation, coaching and training services.
As co-founder of the Result-Based Facilitation Network, Steven coaches leaders and consultants who facilitate meetings in building core skills to move teams from strategic thinking to action to achieve desired outcomes effectively and efficiently.
As an executive coach and consultant, he is committed to increasing leaders’ capacity to connect and create a better world through exploration and engagement with their partners. He develops coaching and training protocols that transform leaders' skills in generative leadership development, team building, communication, systemic change, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Firmly believing in facilitating high-level conversations amongst stakeholders, Steven builds and aligns capacities to achieve desired results such as improving cross-functional efficiencies, developing connections, breaking barriers, and improving service delivery through exploration and engagement with partners.

In the arena of diversity, equity, and inclusion, Steven is known for his ability to deepen human connection and find new possibilities for how we live in and with power. His course Being Brave: Engaging Race and Racism, called participants to find their bravery, grounding in an independent, energetic spirit with the readiness to act while learning. Professional Training
Steven Jones earned his doctorate in Adult Development from the University of Maryland, following a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University.
He is also a professionally certified coach having completed multiple coach training programs.
