As a coach, Catherine commits to the client’s vision and acts as a resource partner for goal attainment. She respects each client’s professional and life experience and works to build from that base of strength. By actively engaging clients in assessing coaching needs and intended results, she focuses on creating an atmosphere of personal accountability whereby clients take responsibility for attainment of developmental goals. She believes in the value of clear, candid, and applicable feedback when exploring areas of challenge. By offering possibilities to consider along with practical tools and strategies, she enables clients to choose where to focus efforts to gain new skills and understanding.
