How we work with individuals
Personalized alliance As we outlined with our organizational work, our work with individuals is not a pre-planned program, but instead a personalized alliance that is based upon the individual's needs, goals and desires. At the onset, and continuously through the process, we listen for what matters and for areas of personal opportunity, offering perspectives and practices that align with our client's objectives and growth. Building leadership capacity As we partner with our clients on the challenges they face, we also attend to building their capacity to manage through the challenges that arise after we've gone. In addition to helping our clients expand their personal range and depth as leaders, we freely and transparently share whatever 'tools' , distinctions and methodologies they might find useful. We work with clients both nationally and internationally, by phone, video conference or in person. Our work with individuals is often done in a series of one hour sessions, with as many calls or meetings as the client deems necessary and valuable. We also offer meetings of longer duration with onsite observation, in-depth issue exploration and in-person skill-building. Commitment to the client's best interests We are affiliated with a strong, vital network of professionals. If our approach is not a good fit for a client, we are confident we can refer the individual to any number of qualified providers. Our commitment first and foremost is to our client's best interests.
